Well, my girlfriend's comment was "an igloo?" when he saw what I was working on. I have to admit I thought of it myself too. Anyway, I drew that front part of the building just to try a basic, small crypt found often in roman-catholic cemeteries. Then I decided to try a dome just for exercise. It turned out OK, and I combined the two.
Well many bronze/iron age tomes in Europe are large dirt mounds with large rocks forming an entryway... If you just replaced the dome with a grass texture and the arch/doorway with large rough stones it'll fit in there... Or you could just say this is the logical extention of that traditional burial, after they developed more advanced rock cutting...
