Building Queue profiles

I think it would really be nice to have several building "profiles" to select from. The problem with the current system of saving the queue via "ctrl-#" is that you have to start with a virgin city (with no buildings) in order to get all the buildings in the queue that you want. Also, it would be a lot nice to be able to see a complete list of the build list in a seperate window and manipulate it thusly.
