Your civ3 models continue to amaze me. I really hope one day you change your mind and try your hand on nifs. I'd be happy to help with any trouble you might have with this format.
Yes that seems unlikely. In order to mod civ4 you either have to use Blender(that's free btw) or 3DS max. Animations can only be done in max atm. But many existing animations can be reused if you keep similar bonestructures for new models(it's normally not necessary to create a new animation for a new biped, also some machines can use existing animations i.e. our empire steamtank uses the default animations for the tank in civ4).Eh.... thanks
Nifs? What are they?
My modelling skills are totally useless for civ4, because I use pov-ray to make my units. And pov-ray uses completely different 3d-method than most other programs. I won't go into further details, but I assure you - my models cannot be converted to civ4....![]()
