C2C Download not working is there another location?

Hi

The title says it all I have been waiting the download from that stupid Atomic gamer site for nearly 10 minutes when it says only 1 minute to wait!

Does anyone have this Caveman to Cosmos mod available at another download location?

I also have sent a private email to the creator but no response as of yet.

Please let me know as this looks like it might be fun!

I searched but the torrent was no good or not there at all now with all the file sharing sites closing down.

The file sharing sites are closing down because of gov stuff getting all over them...

as for the torrent when I do a search for caveman to cosmos and torrent I get those pesky torrent sites for illegal files sharing so I don't download from there.


Either way the link provided by gcaliber seems to work fine. and instead of the huge size of the svn one this only takes few hundred megs.

And why wouldn't you want to download a torrent for a "legal" file from a site, even if that same site is also hosting some torrents for "content infringing" files?

Come on now, thats simply NOT true. Besides thats what the crashes/bug thread is for, its easy to say things are wrong, but make sure you back it up with, an autosaved game in THAT thread. thx.

I too have had only one crash but always the same and am not a programer to know how to say what it is doing. ie. I would report if I knew how to put it.

Other than that I am having fun so far though there is sooooo much to learn over again since I have been doin Civ V for nearly a year!

BTW: You really do look like a professional baseball player with that hat on you know...

It is crashing on me constantly, just goes to desktop in between turns with no error. Its random, though, and reloading the same turn won't always crash so I haven't posted a save since its not repeatable.

I can confirm that. Not constantly, though. Sometimes it goes down to desktop without error message. It's after a lot of ALT/Tab, I guess.

I get this with the SVN very occasionaly. However sometimes I get DOS on the screen and my machine turns itself off.

You should have a minidump file in the same location as your Civ4BeyondSword.exe - upload that together with a statement abotu which version you are running and we may be able to pin it down.
