C2C Download

Hey guys
Can anyone please help ?
I am trying to download Caveman2Cosmos mod....I follow the links which eventually leads to a download section......Then the problem begins.....There are so many buttons to choose from offering different downloads, i have no idea which is the correct one. I don't want to download something useless or even worse....a virus.
Please can someone point me in the right direction with concise instructions ?

Just click the Download Now button on their file page:

Which'll take you to the mod's moddb page. From there click on the files button, and find the latest version.
