C2C Not showing rain fall animation on land map

Greetings,

Any scenario of C2C is not showing the clouds and rain drops animations on the terrain map whenever they occur; however, the thunder sound can be listened. The game has shown rain drops and clouds graphics animations before. Any suggestion would be appreciated as to why the rain clouds are not showing. All graphic features in the OPTIONS menu are placed on HIGH and animations are CHECKED.

[BUG Menu: No storms], maybe?
Dunno, I actually prefer LESS "weather", since it eats unnecessary memory that we barely get enough anyways.
