Fox News in particular is incredibly untrustworthy, though pretty much all large media corporations are to varying degrees. Is fox news trustworthy enouth in the US to say the pentagon offical confirming that it is from navy records?
In this case: Yes the Pentagon is declassifying some records of "Unidentified Flying Objects", because there are literally hundreds or thousands of recordings of either camera artifacts or objects in the air that are... unidentified. This does not an alien make, but it can be spun into "Aliens?!?!" by a profit-seeking company that wants viewers.
Regarding the actual videos themselves, there are many explanations that are orders of magnitude more likely than that required for "Aliens!". Here's an example of someone who put some basic understanding of how cameras work to perfectly explain a number of previously released videos (you'll need to look at his other content for a breakdown of each):

Well maybe there is no way to hide the propulsion system but then you will not fly arround worldwide like stupid human animals watching at you and you dont care... all these guys that think is a secret plane/weapon or a TR-3B should ask there self why its showing up so much and long if it is tryed to hide it from public? Maybe there is a TR-3B but first it will be smaller and second maybe they try to recreate what they have observed. There is a rumor that they got a picture just 50 feet away from a cockpit of a ufo now, maybe they will release it this summer and just inform the state that there is something they just cant explain what is most likely controlled by an intelligence, maybe it is a threat to national security maybe not "We cant tell exactly". Maybe we will see more soon, maybe its as always they report it but cant tell much... maybe they know now whats behind this and will release the facts.
