C3 PTW VS Conquests

In Wikipedia articles about PTW and Conquests, it is mentioned that Conquests includes the civs form PTW. However, does C3 conquests also include all the units, resources, features, etc from PTW?

C3C contains all the material from PTW, civs, resources, etc.

Well, thanks... However, this gives me another question: Why the Hell does PTW exist, if Conquests already has its features

PTW was the first expansion. Conquests was the second.

Conquests does not include all the 'extra' content from the PTW disk: particularly some of the scenarios, and added artwork, like the Dinosaur units. (There's only so much room on a CD....)
