I sent my turn on Monday and got confirmation from Portuga. Who has it now?

I played the 1519 turn on Monday and sent on to Loulong and he ACKd it. I assume that his message above meant he started the 1520 turn on Monday. If history is any indication, then the ball was again dropped on Portuga's send to me. I sure don't see it in my mailbox....
