wzll, it's not treason. There was a France Russia Spain Sweden alliance from the start. Unfortunately,the Frenc crumbled way to early. Anything else was deceiving, not treason, we have all been faithfull to our true alliance.

Well. It isn't Britain's fault. Loulong's post above is the turn that I gave him. Someone who goes after Spain but before Austria would be the Ottoman player, correct?

Turn has been played and sent to St.Petersburg. Austrian army liberated Gdansk this turn and made substantial advance towards Konigsberg though the assault force suffered a great deal of fighting and a few Hussars fell in the battle while butchering Guards defending the city.

The battle for Kaliningrad is fierce!

Koenigsberg citizens were reunited with the Great Austrian Empire this turn, but I'm afraid not for long though. Cossacks have counterattacked and Austrian losses have been staggering. Well, nobody said this would be an easy campaign.

France, on the other hand, is declining rapidly into obscurity. They are now down to 2 cities with no real forces to speak of.

Spain is entirely different matter, as there are fierce battles raging every season all along the Pyreness. No progress is being made by either side.

No counter attack on Kaliningrad... No attack at all... The Russians are a peaceful people!

Have not seen the game but it sounds really scary already. With that number of troops we have, large losses are really devastating. It is not accelerated production and loss of 9 hussars in a single turn hurts. I understand that total pillaging of all roads is within the spirit of the game since Kutuzov did the same to Napoleon to disrupt his communications.

At least, I didn't raze the cities when withdrawing!

Since the British are fighting 3 different countries, I thought I'd just post battle reports here:

Defeat and enslave French Troop transport near Skagen.
Bombard a Russian Frigate from shore near Copenhagen with battaries, then sank it with the new French Man 'o War, which got promoted.
Bombarded the snot out of Spanish forces in the Pyrenees, but they just keep on coming!
