C3C PBEM : Sengoku - scenario-based PBEM

New turn started.

3 players within one day, the others should maybe try to increase the speed, post when they play and send GPS to the person who sent them the save.

If you think three players in one day is good, you should try following the WWII Pacific Typhoon of Steel game. I got the game (and played it) twice yesterday!

Actually I am playing in it too :p :)

@ LouLong, I know that...I meant any of the others, plus lurkers.

GPS. My friendly neighbour romeothemonk has declared war on me ;)
What he doesn't realise is the surprise he will find beneath my capital's outer exterior. And even if the capital is destroyed, the civilization will live on. Mwahaha.

Turn sent to Akots. I have run into a lot of rogues!

We are happy to reort that there was a cultural conversion  of Nagoya to the good, but now horribly misnomered People of Sir_Ten_Left. :D
Running Tally of this war,
Me gained 1 promotion, 1 worker, 1 city
Him, a large frustration. :mischief:

GPS

Well, i would be paying you for peace Romeo, but theres the whole 0 gp, and 0 gpt thing. Guess being a settler running about the lands being chased by Ashigaru slave drivers doesn't earn much cash.

O well, i'm stuffed if your shogun is anywhere near me.

Jan, 1456AD sent to Akots
Here's a hint at what to do, Oblivion:
:ar15: :ninja:

Yea, well, thats a bit tough when you have your shogun 2 tiles away from your settler. That same settler that is 2 tiles away from my old capital. Yea, that old capital, the one that i suspect has their two move shogun in it :(

Only Suspect? You think a reg Ashigaru took out your capitol? That's why the promotion was so cool. It promoted my shogun for me, so he is that much harder to whack later.
Plus the ashigaru is there anyway.
Sorry to Warmonger on you so early, but when I got the game I asked for special rules, and none were given. I saw a great opening and jumped on it. No hard feelings.

No, its no problem. I am just mad at myself for leaving my capital so vulnerable. I also lost my other Ashigaru to a bloomin' conscript barbarian Ashigaru, attacking me across a river when i was on a mountain...

It is usually the case in all the conquests that a river adds no defensive bonus. I have tried to inform many people of this, but it is important nonetheless. I have not checked if the bonus is in this conquest, but in most of them it is not. It is also key to note that there are other defensive bonus changes as well. My rule of thumb, is that if my attack number is higher than their D number, than I attack regardless.
