C3C PBEM : "Shogun" - Sengoku scenario-based PBEM

OK, sorry for the delay. I was setting up the Great Armada PBEM.
Now that it is launched I will set up Shogun tonight and either launch it tonight or send the file to the starter (along playing times).

There are still a few unclear things in the scenario file I got from Loulong. Do we enable Diplo victory condition? It is one of the major PBEM bugs btw.

How can you have diplo victory without UN? Is there a similar wonder in this scenario?

Yes, there is a specific wonder which acts like UN. In general, this scenario has very many pecularities. Just consider Ronin and Ninja. Also, it is regicide.

I have never actually played with diplomatic victory enabled (and reached) in PBEMs. You say it causes bugs. How so ?
Not knowing of these bugs I would have considered it interesting...

Yamabushi bug : mistake, redid the biq file for starting units and forgot to correct that. Good I asked you to check.

About AI cities I thought it had been decided to give all civs settlers rather than cities. ???

I will change the biq (Yama and level) but for the rests (diplomatic victory and cities for AI) I would like to be sure there is an agreement before.

For the corruption bug I think small (80 X 80) would do the job fine.

I see but the problem was caused by numerous AI. In our case I doubt the AI will survive that long or still be powerful enough.
And about AIs : settlers or cities ?

Lets just vote. But I hope we all play in any case whatever the outcome of the vote.

1. Diplo victory - disabled. The bug still exists since who and how can participate in the vote is unclear. Though I'm fine even if it is enabled.

2. AI - cities
Human - settlers if difficulty Monarch. If Emperor, it might be unplesant but should still be OK.

I vote that Monarch level would be best level. Diplo disabled (after all, the warlords never actually VOTED anybody in...) and give the AI cities and the humans settlers.

I've tried ending with diplo once. The game was a stalemate so we decided on it, I guess it's nice in those cases. I don't like the way the diplo victory is set up though, find it confusing.. I'm fine with either though, also for difficulty.

OK, the game has been somehow started. I hope I did not screw it up. if some weird things are noticed after a few turns (except hordes of barbarians), we can restart.

Difficulty is set to Monarch and this is the play order:
1.Date - akots
2.Mori - rcoutme
3.Uesugi - Portuga
4.Hojo - AI
5.Miyoshi - Loulong
6.Oda - AI
7.Imagawa - Kuningas
8.Takeda - Ironduck

If I may suggest the following convention to name the files to avoid confusion:
Shogun-001-AK which means turn number with initials of player who just played. For example, turn 134 played by Loulong and received by Kunigas will be named Shogun-134-LO

Turn 1 sent to Mori.
