At all, about 50 or so Nations were at war on the allied side. The ones that were envolved in the fighting were:
French
British
Russians
Italians
Belgian
Japanese
Rumanians
Serbians
Montegrenians
Portugese
Americans
Arabians
Brazilians
The english Vommonwealth (Australia, New Zealand, Canada, India, Egypt, South Africa)

Not envolved in the fighting:
nearly all of south-and central American nations.

On the Axis side:
Germans
Austrians
Bulgarians
Turkish

I'd like to see a good WWI scenario! There are some good ones out there though. What is it that you are going to do with this scenario that makes it different and worth the venture of changing what has already been done? Also, in your storyline, will your event guide the player through the scenario or simply offer the option to play historically?

Here are a collection of WW1 units, and some late 19th/early 20th century cities by St Leo.

BTW, I recomend that you remove the aircraft from the battleships as war ships didn't routinely carry aircraft until after the war.
