Not yet. The terrains are there and can be placed in World Builder, but there are no mars/lunar building/units/improvements.

We are waiting for multi-maps to be done so we can have more than one map. Viewports are just part of it. (see viewport thread)

Top left corner in game screen there is a BUG option menu (near big hammer) open it.
In pop up window right bottom you have option enable viewports. Check it and restart the game.

Just like Nimek said, you enable i in the Bug options, first page I believe. What it does is it makes the game think the map is smaller than it really is. The magic is that it is exactly as large as it was before, but the game only needs to generate graphics and stuff for a smaller subset of the entire map, meaning huge gains in game processing speed.

The downside is, you can only see parts of the map at the same time. But you can change what part of the map you are looking at in the military advisor. This page keeps a (distorted) map of the entire map. Just click on the (distorted) map where you want to see, and the game will center around your selection and adjust the viewport around it. You can also make the viewport show a larger part of the map by going to the Bug options and changing the size of it.
