i have civ 3 but i want to know if i can di multiplayers against other people online.

Yes you can, but mine has issues and it is crashing every few seconds when I try.

If you have Play The World, or Conquests (which includes PTW), or CivIII Complete, you should be OK.

If you already have CivIII, then I suggest going out and buying Conquests, the expansion to CivIII. It's great, adds alot to the game, and gives you multiplayer capability.
