Leaderhead Engineering
Why havent you used one of those flag leaderheads as the background for the modern era? It would look more wavy and a bit more real IMO

Wish I saw this thread earlier. Probably too late, but it might help for future leaderheads.
CivArmy-if you do want to use a waving flag, there's one available in the Daz3D free section. It comes with a USA flag texture, but it should be easy enough to paint on a Canadian texture.

By accident I deleted all the *.pz3 (Poser files) of the Canadian leader, I can't make changes
