cannot get the game running on windows 7?

What do you have to do to run the game in windows 7? The tutorial does not work. Is the game compatible or not? Does anyone know? If it is not compatible let me know so I can uninstall it from my machine. Thanks for any help.

Please give some details of your issue and the solution for the next guy. My win7 system shipped, so I could run into it.

Ok why not, basically just update your drivers if you get an error message saying that there is a driver component mismatch. Go to device manager, find nvidia, and click on update the driver, the software will download automatically, and in my case it ran the game right away. Now I can play Age of Imperialism v.4.1, awsesome!
