Hi. I tried reading as many threads as I could, just in case this question has already been answered, so apologies if I've missed it.
The problem I'm having with Civ4, is that my workers cannot build railroads. I'm a fairly experienced Civ player (since Civ1) and I've never come across this before. For those of you who may be wondering, yes - I have discovered the Railroad technology advance, and many more since.
I haven't been able to place a single railroad on any tile, regardless of land type or tile improvement. I have many workers, and the railroad option is simply greyed out. I've patched Civ4 to the latest version. Any clues?
