Can''t found a pantheon.

The game wants me to found a religion, but when I select one it won't continue. It is stuck and I cant continue. I even rebooted my pc and it still is stuck.

I attached the save. I have Gods and Kings plus Brave New World. Hopefully someone has the time to see if they can recreate the same issue.
