Can't found religion

Great Prophet appears. I choose found a religion. Later, I get a yellow message called "Found Religion". I press button, but the "Found Religion" button does not turn on when I click on an available religion. I close out of the screen. I still cannot go past the yellow message to "Found a Religion". Is this a feature or bug? I cannot move forward in the game.

I played your save file twice, but can't reproduce your problem. Each time, when I get a Great Prophet I can found a religion in the usual way. Can you post a screenshot of the point where you are having a problem?

If you notice the "Found Religion" on the right is not "on". When I click in that area, nothing happens. Iam not using any mods.

That button doesn't "light up" until you've selected a Founder and Follower belief.
