Can't play after windows update

I somehow have problems loading Civ:BE since last night after a Windows update and a restart. It keeps on hung up on the loading screen. I have uninstalled and re-install it using backup copy. I am playing on my Acer Aspire 4755G (core i7, GT 540G).
Before that I could play the game.
Anyone experiencing the same?

I updated the graphic drivers, and all is well. CLOSED.
