Can't save edited .bic files in Civ3Edit

I can't seem to save any of the .bic files I have been editing with Civ3Edit_1321. When I try to save, or save as, the app just waits and waits (the rainbow circle thing spins around) and then I have to Force Quit Civ3Edit.
Any ideas ?
This is on a G3 500MHz with 256Mb RAM and OS 10.2 Jag.

Don't all rush at once....

well, I ended-up reinstalling, which fixed the problem (if anyone's read this thread )
