Can't start AND directly, only through BTS

So after reinstalling AND2 a couple of times, I've finally got it all working.

One annoying thing is that I can't start the game directly through the AND shortcut/launcher. When I try to do this, I get the message: 'Steam Error - Application load error 5:0000065434'.

If I try to open it through Steam, I get a "Game Launch Failed" message, with the Steam error code 53.

Any suggestions?

Mods not on steam?? only thing I can think of.

Your trying to load one on steam, and the mod on home comp.

It seems fine now. I reinstalled it and did a couple of things differently. Firstly I reinstalled BTS in my C drive, not my secondary D drive. Secondly I installed AND in the BTS mods folder in the Civ 4 directory, not in that default 'Documents/My Games' directory the installer suggests. The installer could be a bit clearer on that front, I think.
