I'm trying to upload my mod to the workshop through ModBuddy, but I always get the same error (attached image).
What do?

It's likely the non-English characters in the mod name. The Civ5 Steam Workshop does not react well to mod-names that have certain special characters and non-English characters. ' and - and _ are all okay as I recall, as are [ and ] and ( and ) but pretty much anything else should be avoided.

Also mod names that are too long cause errors on attempting to upload.

Fixed the mod name and got past that error, only to find a new one.

It's been so long since I uploaded anything to Cvi5 Steam Workshop that I cannot remember any of the other issues that might result in errors like you are getting. But the first thing I would do is also make sure the <Description> in the mod does not also contain any non-English characters. Also try reducing the total size of what you have in the <Description>. There's a limit to that for what Steam will accept as well when uploading the mod. I don't think you are over that limit, but I'd reduce the size anyway just to be sure. You can always edit your mod page to add all the stuff you cut out back into the mod page description once Steam lets you upload the mod and the mod page is created.
