Well, it's in the base game too. However, for some reason it is much harsher here.

Because of what i have to check everyturn available gpt in other civilisations, in bottleneck momemts of medicore civs like Ethiopia. Is any helper program suitable for RFC to check if somebody is willing to trade. It is a problem in late game.
