CaveMan2Cosmos for Civilization 5 ?

planned CaveMan2Cosmos for Civilization 5 ??

To better answer your question than just a no...

Civ 5 (while hexes and graphics are nice) does not let you mod nearly as much as Civ 4 does thus C2C as it is now would not be possible on Civ 5. It just wouldn't be the same.

Here is another post started by the above person asking the same thing "quite" awhile ago.

What ruins it for ME personally is those STUPID icons above the units:mad::mad:. That alone make me cringe:twitch: And the cartoonist layout:thumbsdown:

It has a semi-good engine:) i wish we had, but cant have everything. (Well unless your rich).:p

Instead we are planning on making our own engine for a new TBS game (sometime in the future). But for now C2C will remain a civ 4 mod.

And so C2C will REALLY be an entirely different game?

Well, it will be called AXXXXE, but yes, we will be making an entierly new TBS game and engine for others to make games/mods with (or at least that is what we intend to do).

It will be modeled on the Civ IV engine, correct? And why is it called 'AXXXXE?'

Adaptable 4X engine. And it will not be based on Civ IV, it will be .NET and multi-threaded and 64 bit (assuming all goes well). The graphics will be done by an open-source graphics engine.

What you want to see your game? What are the three features.(multi-maps,tactical combat..)

Will you remake C2C on it? Will it be easy to mod for people like me who have zero experience?
