CEP v3.34 MAP v1.2.2 Turn 0 Defeat

It started in the latest v3.34 update when using the Communitas v1.2.2 map. I usually click on Restart a few times at the beginning of a new game until I get a location I like and whenever I try to Restart it's an immediate turn 0 defeat and I have to exit out and go back to the main menu. I've tested multiple Civs and new games and for me it does it every single time I try to use the Restart option. Please fix this in the next update as at times I am a Restart addict and having to go all the way back to the starting menu each time makes it a long process.
 
If it helps I always play with Legendary Start on. It also makes capturing enemy capitals more satisfying.
 
Is the restart issue a CEP or Communitas Map issue?

I think it's a bug with the two combined because I had been using the latest version of the Communitas Map for the last day without issue before grabbing the latest v3.34 of CEP yesterday and with CEP v3.34 by itself I'm able to use the Restart option on the default game maps.

I'll see what I can do. Does this only happen when you regenerate the map, or does it also happen when you start a fresh game from the main menu? Restarting or reloading from within an active game causes problems for mods. I'm trying to figure out how I can solve those problems in BNW. In the past, we had to always start or load games from the main menu.

It only happens when I Restart within an active game to regenerate the map and my starting location. I had no problem doing it with your two mods prior to CEP v3.34 and there were times when I'd regenerate 10 or more times before settling on a start location and it worked just fine. Now though it just gives the turn 0 defeat on the first Restart and I have to exit out back to the main menu. As I mentioned it also seems to only do it when using CEP v3.34 with the Communitas map. Restart still works when using just the standard maps and CEP, or at least what maps I tested it with.
 
Just wanted to say that it looks like whatever was causing the Turn 0 defeat bug has been fixed in one of Thal's recent updates to the Communitas map because now I'm able to regenerate the map no problem while using it together with CEP 3.3.4.
