CFC Against the World - A HoI2 Armageddon AAR

Hello CFC. Having been reading HoI2 AARs on Paradox, here and elsewhere, I thought I might start one myself. I've been playing HoI2 for a while although I'm not particularly good at it.

Having played the Great Powers I've decided to try my hands on one of the lesser powers, and write an AAR while I'm at it. I can't choose which country to play and so I'll now delegate this problem onto you.

The Setup:
Hearts of Iron II Armageddon
Grand Campaign - 1936 - 1964
Full IC takeover off
Full tech tree takeover on
Difficulty: Normal
AI Aggressiveness: Weakling
Democracies can declare war
No cheats
The goal will be to take as much of the world as possible.
(Note: I may decide to use China Improvement Pack or write some additional events depending on the nation)

Or try and Bring the Cradle of Civilization to all of Civilization with Iraq.

Finland! Drive the russians back to urals in winter war! Either write "Finland wins winter war event" or hold karelia till axis invade russia and take what you can. Then turn on either allies or axis and beat them to submission.

Or help Axis subdue soviets in continuation war and then wait till allies beat germany and regroup remaining axis powers and beat the allies!

In general "win" as Finland.

Out of interest how historically are you going to try and play it?

Historically, these nations were either cannon fodder for the Great Powers or boring neutral powers. So I'm not going to play very historically.

I was more meaning that in a previous game as Yugoslavia I declared war on Hungary in 1936 and Germany ended up being at war with SU and the allies whilst the allies were at war with SU as well so I ended up owning from Vienna to Tehran going around the black sea to the north (I allied with the allies and France ended up with pretty much the rest of Europe).

So whether or not you would be waiting for the initial war to go as plan.

I fail to see why a Turkish ideology influences the decision to play as them in an alt-history in a video game.
