The Secret Police has arrested Owen Glyndwr for the Parliamentary Scandal using the revolutionary tactic of making a fall man.

Oh sure, sack a bunch of incompetents and replace them with a bunch more incompetents, I'm sure that will fix the problems inherent in the system.

Just a tad - I actually forgot to write an update, realised it didn't bother me and I would be far happier not playing HoI3.
