The one answer that caught my attention is that a Domination Victory requires BOTH (1) 2/3 terrain and (2) 2/3 world population. I have never seen a reference to populaiton requirements before. The chances are, though, that if you have so many cities/terrain, you also have the population to match.

That might explain some disrepancies people experience with Mpastat.

Those that do not build dense enough might have problem with Population when it comes to Domination.

Correct, just as we had anticipated, this condition has never been mentioned before. I'll try to incorporate it into Mapstat during the coming week.

It did seem like a bit of an interrogation

That was a great chat and the best handled I have ever attended anywhere. Way to go, TF and mods. That format seemed to work very well. Thanks to Firaxis too!
