There aren't any true spells and abilities when one starts the game. However, the many worlds that the group will dimensionally travel to will allow many kinds of abilities. Including weapons. There also won't be any made-up characters at the start, as you'll all be yourselves. Again, the worlds to journey to will also somehow change you....

My vote is dependant on what exactly the leadership role entitles.

If the leader actually has to do something: Make core decisions for the good of the group, get in touch with people & let them know a certain time to try & be on for a key battle or puzzle, ect.. Then I would have to withhold my vote for at least a couple days after we start & then vote on perticipation.

However if the leader is just a token role, with no clear advantages or duties over everyone else I have no problem with Xen(or anyone else for that matter) claiming the part.

well personally, I think my qualities as leader are obvious

think about this- as a negotiator, it is Ias I , acting the groups leader who will be the first to handle the situations we run into, and as such, it is I who has the best chance of turning these situations to our advantage with my diplomatik skillz-ah , weather it be trading supplies with hagling merchants, arguing our way out of being eaten by cannibal pygmies for tresspassing on sacred tribal lands, or a nice right of passage with a Roman empire like empire, it is the diplomats way that need be our first, and leading way

Everyone in the group will talk over what to do next. It's Xen's job to voice the consensus.

Along with other, leadery things...hmm, perhaps you could all alternate as leader?

If you're worried about your class' power, there's a lot more to them than I have described.
