Now we have a religious, socially stratified, Communist Dictator working in conjuction with the banana army to destroy some Neo-Vikings... This is indeed a very weird mod.

And for my great wonder, I get the communist manifesto ... If no one has already claimed it, that is.

Same price as the forbiden palace, maybe more.
Reduces corruption.
Requires communist gov.
+1 happy faces in all cities on the continent.
+2 to the city it's built in.

Graphics won't be hard to find 'round here, but if you can't, I can send 'em to ya.

The Crimson Empire gets...

Circle Palace
- Doubles Scientific Output where it's built(to get those shiny guns)
- Increases Chance of Great Leader Appearance
- Builds Armies
- Replaces Military Academy, if that's at all possible
- +50% to City Defenses
- VERY Expensive, think Copernicus + 1/2 the Military Academy...

If i can't have it build armires...then...

- Doubles Science
- Increases GL chance
- +75% to city defenses
- Reduces Corruption as a Courthouse
