Changing positions of entries in the editor

Inevitably, while working on a large mod, I forgot to make a couple of unit and tech entries. I added them after, but I really would like to bring them where they should be. It have little to none impact on the game, but it will make my work a bit easier and quell my inner perfectionist.

I think, there was an editor, which allowed to change entry's position, but can recall which one. Can someone help me to find out, please? Thank you in beforehand!
