Cheapest GPU

I'll be as simple as I can be:

I have an AMD Athalon II X3 435 CPU and need to update my GPU to play Civ 5. I have been playing civ 5 on 2D (or strategic) mode on my girlfriends macbook, and I want to play in the super awesome looking 3D mode. I know I need a new GPU, but I do NOT want to spend a lot on it. What is the cheapest graphics card that will run Civ 5 on medium/some low settings fairly well. I really don't want to spend a lot.

Cheapest possible cards should be between 60-70$, like this one here. If you spend ~ 100$, then you should get something around the recommend specs.

I'd go with something more like the 5770 which is relatively cheap (new graphics cards are generally $300+) and is a good card and significantly better than anything under $100.

That 4830 The_J dug up is really a bargain at that price. Will probably be good enough for close-to-max settings.
On the other hand you could get a GTX460 for $105 after rebate
That one will most definately be good enough for max settings.

Below $60 you would have to look hard for cards that make any sense compared to that 4830. That 4650 DDR2 for $35 after rebate should be good enough for close-to-med settings. But compared to that 4830 it's still bad value for money.
