Saw this on my YouTube feed.

I got it (although it took me a while).

Spoiler :

Bd3. This leaves G8 as the only possible move for Black. Then White follows with Re8#.
 
Yes, if the King has no available moves and it is safe in its current spot, the game is a draw I think.

Have to be careful here.

A stalemate in chess occurs when the player whose turn it is to move has no legal moves available and their king is not in check, resulting in a draw. This means neither player wins or loses the game.

Bishop to F7 would instantly turn a win into a draw. :o

White king to F7 feels like it should win, but it is illegal to put a moving king into danger like that I think?

Correct, you can't move your king into check.
