Right, so 2IC for a Factory, 4IC for 2 Squads and 4 IC for a sniper.

Prussia wishes to form a 5 year NAP and trade agreement. We must not squander resources fighting other nations of humanity
Prussia has declared it attends to create a Global military treaty and trade organization, the Global Trade Defense Organization, for the purpose of providing a Unifed front against the robot hordes and to strengthen all human nations. All member nations are considered to have 5 year trade agreements, which will be renewed with the consent of its members if in the majority. All member nations will also have NAP with all member nations until the robot threat has been defeated. We can tear our selves to pieces once we have won. For the Future of the Human Race! UNITED WE STAND! DIVIDED WE FALL!

Note: this is simply going to start out as NAP/trade agreement union. However, it can be considered the groundwork for something more, perhaps a new UN, but with a NATOish aspect as well.
To join: be a human nation and ask. Then wait for 2/3 of the membership, as of the time you asked (in case someone else joined while you were waiting), to approve.
The organization is headed by all members. If a rule is wished to be changed, 2/3 of member nations, as of the time the movement was started, must approve. You can also be invited to join, but this must be approved before-hand by 2/3 (you get the idea) of member nations. a
Again: this is really just a basic organization. It is ultimately intended to be the backbone fore more elaborate organizations.
Being the only member, I approve the invitation of ALL Human nations, and have invited all Human Nation

I may or may not require assistance right now, but I probably do. I want to have enough troops to take St Petersburg and Yakutia this turn, then I'll build a navy and help out anyone having trouble.
edit: Russia can only have 2 squads this turn, so I should win if I throw 3 or 4 squads at them. Yak has 8 now and can make another 2, so that should take at least 12. I can have 9 squads now and need a minimum of 5 more squads. More would be grand.
If I can't get enough money, I'm throwing everything at Yakutia because they're the bigger threat.

History: The United Peoples' Republic of Central Asian Inferior Potassium Producing Nations was formed during the great socialist potassium miners' uprising of 08 where the determined miners kicked out their bourgeois capitalist scum leader Mrs Thatcher and declared the people's glorious revolution complete. They inserted Myahri Jahan - a small 8 year old girl - as leader of the glorious nation. The Nations included in the Union are Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan.
Economy: The UPRCAIPPN's economy is comprised mainly of inferior potassium exports and thus suffers greatly. However it does also gain benefits through Turkmenistan's shadowy business in the night and Uzbekistan's nosiness.
