The option to integrate settlers won in the above mentioned poll. Now the question is where should we integrate them? Tugela was mentioned, and it is a prime candidate due to its one foreign citizen population. Tonawanda is another candiate, although I doubt it could handle a population boost.

Please post your ideas and suggestions on where to integrate.

Tugela/Arrakis, in my opinion, definitely should get one of the settlers. For the other one or two, I suggest they be put in Itakaji somewhere, like Baldur's Gate or Port Solema.

I would suggest we put two in Arrakis. It is an extreme flip-risk, and infusing it with settlers would reduce that risk. As for the other, I would suggest one of the Iroqouis cities, as they too are under a flip-risk.

Don't forget, we still have 8 Roman Workers to place. The Domestic Minister has given me his recommendations.

Also, Arrakis has a limited production Potential even with the irrigated and railed deserts I'm putting in. It probably won't be able to hold 2 Settlers. 1 Settler definitely, but not 2.

In light of that, I'll likely be reducing the Arrakis Recommended Transfer count to 1 Roman rather than 2. (To make Room for the 2 Pop points for the settler.)

Oh, that's right. Settlers give 2 pop not 1. Sloppy, Ash, sloppy.

Well, then I suppose one settler is all Arrakis needs.
