Citadel range (just a quck question)

"Fort/Castle/Citadel defensive bonuses apply to units in cities within range"

How is this range defined? Don't remember reading anything about this feature.

I believe it's a 1-space radius for forts, 2 for castles, and 3 for citadels. Negated if an enemy unit is occupying the fort/castle/citadel.

And only the highest one will apply at any time. So if in rage of 3 citadels and a fort, you get the bonus of 1 citadel.

Reasonably certain I remember them saying it also only gives you the largest bonus between this and terrain. So you either get the bonus for the forested hill you are in, or for the Castle you are standing within 2 tiles of, but not both.
