City Lists For New Civs

I just noticed that Ugarit is quite a disputed city. It appeared in the Hittite city list (which is correct, the Hittites once held it), it appeared in the Assyrian city list (correct too) and the Phoenician city list (also correct)...

What happens if you have all three civs in the game? Will they found 3 cities with the same name?

No, the first city to found it gets it. The game only allows unique city names.

When you as a player try to found it, it asks you to enter a different name. What does the AI do then? Crash the game, not found any more cities or go on to the next one?

ON THE GOTHS: I like the idea of them possessing some prestigious cities like Toledo and Ravenna, as well as native names.

You're right - I just tested, and that's what happened.

I don't regard this as a big problem since it is unlikely that all the names are only one or two and for much of the time the civs won't play the same game.

Oh yeah, and I don't want to get into a debate about the validity of 'civs'. Been there, done that, etc... I mean, it is only a game of "what if the Roman Empire had never fallen". When was the last time you saw Abe Lincoln leaving the White House to go do lunch with Julius Caesar and Catherine the Great? Imagination and leaps of faith are part of the game in my view.

They may not be very accuarate, but accent marks are very useful. Also, you should place accent marks on the cities that have accent marks on them:

Beammeuppy, the inclusion of Belgian cities was not an accident. If you add an equivalent number of Flemish cities to the list, and place them according to importance, I'll place your list over mine and give you the credit. If you want to place a Holland only list as well, submit the new list apart.
