City state language description.

Some city states bonus description is in portugese.
One example is Preslav, part of Denmark somehow even if its a slavic town.
I have tried to set language to german - > restart client -> start game in german and the bonus description changes to german. Change language to english -> restart client - > start game in english US and the bonus description is back in portugese.

That honestly sounds like a problem with mods. I had a similar thing where city state information would appear in French when I played in German. Try disabling your mods and see if it still happens.
