civ 3 complete vista install fail: 1607

When ever I try to install civ 3 complete on my vista computer it has an error that says "1607 Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime." I was wandering if you guys could help. It was installed once on this computer and then took it off and I'm trying to get it back on.

Aw i can fix that for you download this update for vista then try it worked for me
