And Knights Templar produces a unit every five turns I believe, but I'm not sure that was in vanilla civ3.

Correct, but not answer for my question. It's only a bonus, Berrern.

JMK, you're right IMO. Your answer arrived when I was writing this reply about the KT. You're up!

Oh yes, I was working with C3C cost! :))) In VANILLA its only 2x.

Well, my question survived 58 minutes! :goodjob:

How many turns it will take to clean pollution on a roaded mountain for a slave working for an industrial democracy which has not heard anything about replaceable parts?

48 turns?

And btw, I'm sorry mormegil - I hadn't had much time to browse the earlier posts, and somehow missed yours (and Arathorn's mention too?!?). I was probably too busy at work to have reasonably jumped into the whole debate. Sorry for the debacle all.
No problem :).

Nop, but sine I gotta leave now I'll give the answer
Pollution 12 turns mountain 3 turns -> 12 x 3 = 36 turns
Slave x 2 -> 36 x 2 = 72 turns
Industrial x 0.5 -> 72 x 0.5 = 36 turns
Democracy x 0.66 but it does not work on slave if you do not have Rep parts so X 1 -> 36 turns.

Correct answer is 36 turns.

the mormegil, please take the next question, and thank you for answering :)

but, for example, you need pottery, to get map making, which gives you galley. do you want just map making, cause that gives you a unit, or pottery too, because you need that to get map making?

ok, if my above post isn't true, then it's:
bronze working, iron working, mathematics, the wheel, horseback riding, mapmaking, warrior code, astronomy, navigation, magnetism, military tradition,metallurgy, gunpowder, invention, chivalry, feudalism, nationalism,flight, combustion, advanced flight,steam power, replaceable parts, mass production, motorised transportation, synthetic fibres, stealth, satalites, space flight, rocketry, fission, computers, robotics. wow!

:lol: Ok, ok. I'll have to ask it slightly different.

What techs make a unit available? (Sorry I can't phrase it right :sad: )
e.g Map Making for Galley, NOT pottery etc.

Which Techs give the most stuff (units, resources, improvements, wonders, governments, and enables abilities.)?

Taking a guess, at Map Making? (if i'm right, someone else can make a question :))

magnetism?
