Civ 4 Complete Edition won't install.

I had an old Dell computer that this ran fine on. I recently built myself a computer and now Civ 4 Complete Edition and the basic Civ 4 won't install. It says that it wants to update my video drivers using the Catalyst software. I have gone through this update process multiple times but it still wont run. I have chacked and all of my drivers are completely up to date.

Motherboard: M5A 78L-M LX Plus
CPU: AMD FX-6100 Black Edition
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon Diamond 7850
Hard Drive: 500GB Seagate
Memory: 8GB XMS3 DDR3 Corsair RAM
OS: 64-bit Windows 7 Professional
