CIV 5 Release Date

According to www.pcgames.de and www.gamestar.de Civ 5 will be released on September 24th 2010 in Europe and September 21st in north america

(haven't found a thread covering the release date on the first page of this forum so hope its ok posting it this way)

edit: Steam also lists September 24th as the release date (at least for me here in europe)

In this Finnish site http://www.peliplaneetta.net/tietokonepelit/uutiset/11210/Civilization-V-sai-julkaisupaivan/ it says that the worldwide release date is September 21

French sites also confirmed the US release (21th september) et the worldwide release (24th september).

I was just about to make a post about this. I just installed Steam, well I had it but for some reason it woldn't connect online, so I uninstalled it and put the latest version on, and I clicked on Civ V and it said a release of September 21 2010.

So I am guessing that is the date for us in North America.
