Is it just me or does this new game from Paradox look suspiciously like Civ 5?
No.
The person who made this video is using screenshots of Civ V to illustrate his speculation that Imperator's barbarians will be partly inspired by Civilization's.
The footage that actually comes from Imperator looks, unsurprisingly, like other Paradox games such as Crusader Kings and Europa Universalis.
