Civ 5 World builder crashes!

Civ 5 World builder crashes when i start it up .
Anyone seem to know the cause?
Or happing to anyone else?
Im using Xp is that the cause?

Getting this error.
AppName: civilizationv.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.20 ModName: civilizationv.exe
ModVer: 1.0.0.20 Offset: 0023e001

After starting up Civ 5 after the patch .20. The builder seemed to start working properly. Hope this helps somebody.

How do you get to the world builder? I haven't found it yet!
