Civ 6 starts and then freezes

I've been trying since 2am (launch time in Brazil) to play this game. Steam launches it, the screen changes, the words "loading, please wait" appear, and then nothing. It stays that way forever.
What's happening? What can I do to play it?

Intel i7-2600 3.40GHz
16GB RAM
Win 10 64-bit
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 SE

Try this. Tweak as you need, I don't know which setting did it for me.

Well, not so fast. It worked and I played for a few minutes. Then I had to turn it off to attend to something else and when I returned the game was again frozen at the loading screen...

Huh, after I posted that I got to test it more and it kept working. Then again the settings I posted are probably really aggressive for a 460SE.
