Civ assist 2 again

Don't know why my last thread was closed? Anyway, so I've got civ and civ assist 2 to work together just about (changing a lot of random settings that I don't know anything about). But civ assist 2 STILL isn't recognising the current game I'm playing!!! This is causing me such a headache, i just feel like snapping the disc! Can ANYONE shed ANY light on this, please!!! Many thanks.
