And on another note - people complaining are people still caring. If they stop caring, there will be 100% positive feedback (bubble).

I don't think I said it in this thread, but people complaining about something don't necessarily care about that thing in particular. For example, the dreaded complaints about woke media are often made by people who care about the culture struggle but not so much the thing they're criticising - even if they're fans of the particular media property (think of those who dislike any new attempt to add to a canon, e.g. Star Wars).
