Civ:BE RT No ultrasonic Emitter

Bug: Starting with Ultrasonic Emitter on Ocean gets you nothing.
Rather than the unit appearing on nearby land tiles, instead you just don't recieve anything at all.

It appears to be an issue with logging in to My2K in general. None of the starships enabled loadouts are available.
